We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent and ever helpful. The hotel was conveniently located near two subway stations and a shopping mall. It was also near a convenience store and several local eateries. Transportation was not an issue; taxis were easily available and the Lavender underground MRT train station was nearby. We had a comfortable sleep and undisturbed nights.

As longer term business travelers, we found the hotel to be excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were top-notch. The rooms were comfortable and newly furnished. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and just a short walk to the MRT station. We were impressed and will definitely choose this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to a nearby supermarket and plenty of restaurants. It is also conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get to and from the airport and explore the city center. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with attentive staff providing excellent service. The breakfast options are varied and there is a rooftop pool for relaxation.
The hotel rooms could use some updating to make them more modern and fresh.

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded all my expectations. This place was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort and top-quality services. The staff was very helpful and attentive, and I was upgraded to a family room which was superb! The rooftop pool was easily accessible and very clean, perfect for relaxing. The location was also convenient, with shops and restaurants within walking distance, and a short taxi ride away from other attractions. I had a wonderful time here.
Although the staff forgot our request for a 5 am wake-up call even after two reminders, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. With excellent amenities such as a fitness centre, rooftop pool, and flat-screen TV, this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations.

Room cleanliness could be improved, with some stains on the floors and walls. Rooms were smaller than expected.
